I already use the Parent App. What should I do?
Keep using your installed app as usual. You can also select “Open Parent App” here and sign in with your existing phone number and password. You do not need to create another account.
When does the free trial start?
The 30-day trial starts automatically when your first child is successfully linked. It is the introductory trial for your parent account; visiting this page does not restart an existing trial.
How is the Rs. 49 monthly price billed?
The family plan costs Rs. 147 for three months, equivalent to Rs. 49 per month. Manage payment and renewal in your account’s subscription page. Class fees and optional services are separate.
Will I see information from every institute?
The portal shows records from participating institutes for children linked to your account. If a child or record is missing, check with the institute that your parent phone number and student details are correct.
